Coagulation assay and platelet activation assay.Collagen chemistry: Isolation of collagen from CIS, processing, cross-linking, making micro-fibrillar, methylation, sterilization, collagen analysis, etc.Formulation experience: On CoStasis Team from beginning, stabilized thrombin and micro-fibrillar collagen in the CoStasis formulation. CoSeal chemical impurity task force, interim Team Leader. On CT3 team from beginning, worked on most every aspect of formulation. Developed enzyme degradable corneal shields.
