Jeff Pritchard had over 30 years of apartment commercial brokerage experience and mentorship as an Apartment Realty Advisor (ARA) partner (now called Newmark). At the latter end of his tenure at ARA, Jeff focused on expanding ARA’s platform by forming new offices and penetrating as yet uncharted niche housing industries. His first undertaking was in 2006, establishing the now very successful ARA Austin/San Antonio office. He continued by launching three national platforms for ARA: the ARA Student, Seniors, and Manufactured Housing Groups. Jeff’s efforts culminated in his relocation to Washington, DC in 2011 to open the ARA Mid-Atlantic office. At the end of 2014, ARA was acquired. Jeff felt that this was the perfect opportunity to rethink his future. Jeff split from commercial brokerage endeavors on a daily basis to invest, travel and enjoy life. Jeff is an active investor in many early stage and stabilized investments. Jeff and his wife, Kitty, are residents of Texas but also have a home in Park City, UT. He has been married 40 years and has two children as well as four grandchildren.
