I currently lead several multi-year projects for the Colorado Department of Human Services, Office of Behavioral Health. The majority of these are funded through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). In addition, I support evaluations funded through the State of Colorado and The National Institutes of Health.

In my role as the Assistant Director of The Evaluation Center, I have the opportunity to focus both on meeting the evaluation needs of our clients and helping to make sure our organization operates at a high level. I am responsible for overseeing many of the day to day operations of our organization. As a small business, I am able to work on a wide variety of internal initiatives. From business development and marketing to project management and accounting oversight, I have the unique opportunity to experience many operations of the center. On the client side, I have experience leading and contributing to mulit-year evaluations of higher education, K-12, and non-profit programs. Additionally, I have experience collaborating with diverse clients to meet their needs related to process improvement, workflow analysis, and data collection and reporting. I am currently in the process of redeveloping our organization's website and designing new marketing materials.

The Evaluation Center has extensive experience providing program evaluation to clients from a wide variety of industries, from K-12 public school systems to non-profit organizations and from biomedical research universities to private professional development programs.The Evaluation Center is housed within the School of Education & Human Development at the University of Colorado Denver. In many ways the center operates as an autonomous not-for-profit entity, but with the backing of a major research university. This unique situation allows the center to operate independently and to provide external evaluation services to clients both inside and outside of the University.In my roles as a Business Manager and Evaluation Specialist at The Evaluation Center, my time is split between providing consultation services to a variety of clients and providing internal support in the forms of website design and development, marketing, and strategic planning.

The Evaluation Center is a non-profit program evaluation center providing evaluation consulting to institutions of higher education, K-12 public education, healthcare, and other non-proft organizations.In my role as a Program Manager I provide internal services to The Evaluation Center in the areas or marketing, project management, and strategic planning.As an Evaluation Specialist, I provide evaluative services to a wide range of projects including the Colorado Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (CCTSI), the University of Colorado Center for International Business Education and Research, and Goodwill Denver.

I work in materials management during the summer and winter breaks. Tasks I have performed include purchasing, receiving, and organizing materials for a surgery center that does 400 cases each month.

I was an intern in the marketing department of a Health One hospital in Colorado. I helped write articles for the monthly newsletter, helped to write media releases and gained valuable markeing experience in a healthcare setting.
