With a Bachelor of Engineering degree and over 35 years’ of experience in international hydrocarbon and energy project engineering and management, Jeff has considerable experience in all aspects of infrastructure design, construction, operation and maintenance.Jeff has been directly involved with several hundred projects valued at over $35 Billion. He also has successfully delivered all phases of their development from concept through commissioning. These projects have included loading and unloading infrastructure such as ship, rail and truck terminals which were connected to storage tank terminals, refineries, fractionation plants, processing facilities, compressors and offshore production platforms.Jeff has lead numerous due diligence, asset management and valuation technical and commercial evaluations on over $50 Billion worth of acquired infrastructure assets. His work has included bench-marking and the preparation of capital cost estimates and operation and maintenance budgets on these assets.Jeff has a keen appreciation of the challenges posed by the integration and optimization infrastructure and knowledge of how to effectively identify and mitigate the risks. In most instances, the infrastructure has involved close interaction and contract agreements with several third parties, including some of the world’s largest companies and financial institutions. Jeff has been responsible for projects valued at up to $1 Billion and involving more than 200 people from various trades, disciplines and backgrounds. He has consistently achieved excellent on-time, on-budget results and very positive client feedback.
