People first – success will follow.The purpose in my organization is impacting patient's lives through the support of clinical trials in the pursuit of new medicines. I've been lucky enough to have directly worked on a clinical trial for an arthritis medication that would eventually impact my own father in a significant way. Translating the impact that drug had on his life and those around him is what inspires me every day. I try to instill that excitement and purpose into those around me as well.I'm a dynamic leader with proven success leading several multi-functional operational teams, team and business integrations as well as strategic client accounts where both operational excellence and account growth are key focus areas. Building strategy for high value teams and accounts, implementing and monitoring that strategy's success has been the key to the success. Building structure around the plans we've developed enables each team member to understand their role and their value in the progress of our team and our company. I work with those teams through implementation as well as adjustments to that implementation as necessary with a creative problem solving approach.. I've been successful at influencing key leaders within several organizations around important client concepts and operational challenges that enable our organization to support and deliver as expected.My style is simple - to find a way to keep things into perspective and work to learn from every interaction. I strive to provide the greatest support possible for my teams where I've found that listening, is the most effective way to start.
