I have worked in the Oil and Gas sector for over 15 years with roles in Environmental, Operations and Process Safety. I am passionate about operations, safety, and communication.I am specialized in production operations, leadership, and hazard recognition. Working in the oil and gas sector for many years has taught me the importance of proper hazard identification and communication of all possible outcomes.At Repsol I was a leader in a large plant, issued permits and controlled work. In this, it was paramount to reduce all risk to as low as possible. In the process safety position, this shifted to reducing risk as much as possible before personnel came into contact with the hazard. I worked as a part of a global team and collaborated with many different countries and people on risk.Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my operations efforts as well as the safety performance with the international teams and collaboration for my attention to detail and ability to adapt to different situations.
