Analyzed reporting system for Department key indicators. Modified the reporting format to capture greater detail. This increased the accuracy of numbers (both volume and dollar amounts) by 80%, and for this reason selected for statewide use. Created a production standard system for clerical staff by working with programmers to develop a PC based tool. This measured performance and results in a more objective way. This tool has been institutionalized District-wide to verify quantity, quality, and relevance of production levels.Selected to serve on Electronic Check Clearing House Organization (ECCHO) Project Team as liaison between the user district and the programmers. Initiated test cases to ensure the various overdraft scenarios were tested for proper behavior scoring. Offered suggestions for enhancements prior to implementation, enabling an almost error-free first time install.
