Coordinate management routines to identify, escalate, and debate various risk items to guide for strategic vendor management decisions within the Bank's risk framework.

Enterprise Vendor Manager for Attorney Network Firm Management. Key liaison between the bank and 20 of its attorney vendor firms, representing $30 million in annual spend. Responsible for monitoring vendor performance, identifying, mitigating and escalating vendor risk, onsite auditing and managing the day-to-day vendor relationships. Responsible for growing the 4506-T/Income Tax Verification product for LandSafe to be able to supply Bank of America and external mortgage customers.

Closing Services subsidiary of Countrywide Financial. Launched new operations site in Florida. Developed team and supervisory roles, put in place operations policies and procedures. Phased out site and assisted in transfer of team members to other departments after change in corporate strategy.

Responsible for development, launch and management of new credit based products sold B2B for the mortgage industry.

Managed batch operations for Experian. Lead team of 154 people, based in 11 states. Responsible for $21 million budget and $130 million in revenue. Worked with major banks, retailers and credit card issuers on direct mail, portfolio management and customer acquisition strategies. Teams consisted of project management, technical sales support, programmers and analysts.
