Collaborated with the existing Client Project team, Engineering and Procurement and General Contractors teams to evaluate the existing MM plans and worked successfully streamline the execution planning the field to mitigate costs, increase material availability to meet Construction schedule.

Executed planning for the $1.2B Utilities project silo for the EP home office, to the global procurement of materials (including India and China), to the execution of the services and delivery of the materials in the field to enable timely construction.

Led the procurement close out of the Voyageur project cancellation, and our team completed the resolution of over 700 open within the corporate timeline negotiating a cost avoidance to the business of over $72M back to the business.

Managed the EP execution of the procurement activities for the Voyageur Upgrader Utilities project area to re-start the project after being put on hold until it was ultimately cancelled in 2013. Provided client oversight and approval of all EP procurement activities, collaborated with enterprise category strategies, negotiated with suppliers and created cross functional project teams to standardize results for the project.

Lead three supply chain problem solving teams in Accounts Payable to mitigate failed payments to our internal and external stakeholders. Developed standards of service for the Supplier Help that improved overall customer service, with improved response quality and decreased wait time. Established a dedicated SAP time entry triage response team that resolved daily technical failures and decreased business systems problems. Managed the AP Issue resolution team that completed full audits of supplier payments and enabled quicker close out of all business activities and faster response to suppliers.
