I have been blessed to be in full-time ministry my entire career beginning at 19! I am drawn to and burdened by discipleship and pastoral-oriented ministry. I am passionate about teaching the Word of God in a manner that challenges hearts and integrates culture and Worldview. I love engaging others to think about how God works in ministry and to strategically join Him by understanding His character and nature. I believe that effective teaching and learning occur when it is done in the context of loving and compassionate relationships. I have a great passion for the family and believe that marriage is a highly effective witness for the Gospel and that godly, discipleship-based parenting is one of the most effective ministry tools that we have to reach a lost World for Christ. I value collaborative discussion and community-based learning when it comes to spiritual development. My goal is to continue to train and inspire others to care for those around them in a manner that is biblical and compassionate in formal and informal settings.
