Coordinating with the many parties involved in these projects such as; Project Managers, Designers, Engineers, General Contractors, Facilities Managers, representatives of the numerous other trades on site. Most importantly, meeting with the end user, the occupant of the space, and their employees to ensure they are satisfied with the finished product.

Carpenter on U.S. Bank Stadium project in Minneapolis MN from beginning to end. This project totaled $1.1 billion when completed. I worked on everything from footings to the final installation of furniture in the luxury suites. Structural Concrete Formwork on walls, columns, and footings. Use of Gang forms, Meva forms, Symons forms, Efco shoring, and regular hand forming with wood. Construction of prefabricated panels for roof and snow catchment. Construction of concrete staircases and Stadia steps. Slab on grade formwork. Erection and dismantling of scaffolding. Use of swing stage scaffolds. Construction of temporary poly enclosures. Reading blueprints and layout.

This was a $234 million project that ran 24 hours-a-day and 7 days-a-week on an extremely accelerated schedule due to the 35W bridge collapse. My responsibilities included reading blueprints. Layout and installation of post tensioning components in precast bridge segments. Erection of precast bridge segments. Use of Efco forms.
