As the Director of Data and Analytics I work with executive management and key stakeholders to understand their business needs and processes to develop roadmaps and diagrams that include what new technologies we will buy or build, how the new system will integrate, and what technical skill sets need to change within all areas affected by the new systems.My team has successfully built a data and analytic environment that enables easy analysis of corporate KPI’s via a Kimball designed data mart. We have established a Data Science team that has successfully implemented process automation projects, and product models for lead response that are scored in real time. Our Data Science team develops from our AWS environment. We have established Sales & Marketing Cloud as our CRM and marketing system. This project enabled real time response for leads, greater flexibility for the responder regarding how they would like to interact with the company, the ability to customize messaging to leads via email, text, telephone, and mail.

I am responsible for the architecture and technical delivery of both operational and analytic warehouse data solutions. I directly manage all Data Architects and Data Base Administrators. Additionally I oversee the Lead ETL developers to set standards and review detailed designs. I also work with all levels of the business to insure that developed solutions will actually meet the required business needs.

Responsible for all IT services delivered from IBM to the Target Corporation in support of Target's operational and analytical systems.Managed the work of over 100 IT professionals from multiple disciplines, Daily meetings with all levels of the business, Responsible for SLA adherence, Coordination of Enterprise Outages, and the Delivery of Major Project work.

Lead a team of approximately 10 DB2 DBA's that support multiple strategic outsourcing clients Like Target Corporation, Xcel Energy, and Firemans Insurance. Responsible for logical and physical data modeling, standard DBA maintenance, physical delivery of structural data changes, SQL tuning, and application problem resolution.

Responsible for adminstration of operating systems primarily on z/OS and AIX platforms and the associated supporting software.
