Mr. Robinson has over 35 years of experience in occupational safety and health, fire protection engineering and property loss control (HPR) and is the president of Robinson Risk Consulting, LLC. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in several states and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP). Mr. Robinson has been actively involved with professional organizations promoting the advancement of the ES& H profession including serving as director and past president with the Board of Certified Safety Professional (BCSP). He has served on several NFPA committees include NFPA 72 (National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code) and NFPA 20 (Standard for the Installation of Stationary Fire Pumps). He is currently a primary voting member on NFPA 600 and 601 - Technical Committee on Loss Prevention Procedures and Practices and the Administrator for the ASSE Engineering Practice Specialty committee. He holds professional memberships with the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE), and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
