Recruited to this Merit Capitol healthcare DME provider as an executive member of the leadership team - to assist in growth and eventual successful recapitalization. Responsible for healthcare contract, pricing and reimbursement. Corporate and healthcare compliance. Strategy and new product rollout. Developing business development strategy and company KPI's. Kinex is a leading DME provider operating in over 30 states with distributor partners and a direct sales force.

Started this position in the early stages of the companies history. Was a respected member of the leadership team that helped drive strong company growth. Was responsible for leading teams including workers' compensation case management and business development, BPCI case management, revenue cycle, insurance contracting and pricing, governmental affairs, operations, M&A and ancillary business units. Worked with other members of the executive team on 3 successful private equity recapitalizations. ATI has grown to over 600 clinics through acquisitions and de novo growth.
