During my tenure, I guided the company’s growth from 25 motorcoaches and 45 employees to a fleet of over 70 vehicles and 125+ employees, increasing revenue from $5M to $16M+ within five years. A vital part of this transformation was implementing a servant leadership model grounded in three core values: Durability, Humbleness, and Passion.Under my leadership, First Class Tours was accepted into the prestigious International Motorcoach Group (IMG) and joined Spader’s "20-groups," where we shared industry best practices and financial models. In late 2019, I successfully secured a private equity buyer for the company, completing the sale in early 2020. I stayed on as CEO until mid-2022, during which time I revamped our hiring, compensation, and training systems, setting a benchmark for retaining top talent in a challenging labor market.In 2023, I founded the Transportation Consultant Group. My mission is to collaborate with business owners to build high-performing teams that become the employer of choice.
