Worked with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel on overall digital strategy, audience growth and product improvement. I'm helping develop and implement strategies and products to increase audience, grow digital revenue and reposition the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel from a publishing company to a media company. This includes ongoing site improvements to JSOnline, developing and implementing a suite of digital products: digital subscription package for web/tablet/mobile along with new tablet and mobile applications.

Responsible for managing the Vuze HD Network, all programming strategy, content acquisitions and development.

Led the development and managed this AOL-backed action sports venture.

Spent four years at AOL holding two positions, initially as SVP, Executive Producer of the AOL Network and then SVP Development for AOL Programming Ventures.As Executive Producer, managed the AOL Network and was responsible for scheduling and programming of AOL’s Welcome Screen and AOL.com home page; Member Education that promoted AOL products to users; AOL Network Promotion and AOL News. I also developed and implemented a comprehensive planning and scheduling process to make sure the most relevant content was promoted and provided advanced planning for Sales to drive maximum revenue.In my role as SVP Programming Ventures I helped develop, staff and launch TMZ.com, a joint venture with Telepictures in November 2005 and Lat34.com, which launched in June 2006.

I managed the creation, development, staffing and launch of the online TV and Movie information service Zap2it.com. I also managed TMS Movie Products based in Denver, CO.I was part of the original UltimateTV start-up team acquired by TMS in 1999. UltimateTV was transformed from an entrepreneurial start-up into the world’s most comprehensive online television site. In 2000 TMS sold UltimateTV name, trademark and URL to Microsoft that they use on their DVR service. UltimateTV was relaunched as Zap2it.

I co-created and managed the NBC 2000 unit responsible for primetime branding of the NBC Television Network. This split screen end credit format is now standard throughout all television. As VP New Media/Advertising & Promotion NBC Entertainment, I also supervised the initial online effort from NBC’s Entertainment Division for the Internet. I joined NBC in 1990 as Director of Specials and Late Night Programs in New York overseeing "Saturday Night Live" and "Late Night with David Letterman." I moved to NBC's Burbank headquarters as Director of Comedy Programs and later Director of Comedy Development, supervising production of series such as: "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air" and "Mad About You.“
