Responsibilities include: 1. Providing strategic leadership in the design and implementation of an innovative communications strategy that profile's the work of the Africa Regional Office of PP Global ARO and its partners in advancing access to Sexual Reproductive Health Rights(SRHR) in the region. 2. Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders including donors and like-minded civil society organizations and other relevant partners and identify opportunities for collaborative partnership. 3. Collaborating with regional and HQ staff in fundraising for PP Global projects through concept and proposal development, engagement in the preparation of periodic reports to donors and participation in donor-partner convenings on request 4. Support the capacity strengthening of PP Global ARO partners in communications by working with the Senior Management Team to identify the communication needs of ARO partners and support the development and execution of solutions to address them. 5. Working with in-country communications staff and PP Global ARO partners to design implement and evaluate communications campaigns aimed at challenging social norms affecting access to SRH information and services
