Manage the Quality System of IOP Ophthalmics including creating new procedures and updating existing procedures to FDA and ISO standards.Document, review and respond to customer complaints and feedback as well as communicating with all manufacturers regarding those complaints and feedback. Responsible for the registrations and renewals of FDA Registration.

I manage the customer service department that receives calls, emails and faxes from customers looking to place orders or have questions regarding any of our products.When needed I also enter orders into the AccountEdge system and package orders adhering to all FDA regulations regarding tracking of tissue and medical devices. I also communicate with all.

I am in charge of coordinating and placing orders with all manufacturers and also providing them up to date forecasts regarding all of our products. When product arrives I inspect and release all products according to procedures in place.

Field orders from customers via phone, fax and email. Scan product, package and ship to customers at the end of each business day.

Maintained a safe environment for beach visitors as well as answered questions and provided first aid.
