Impact coaching skills and tools are easily applied one on one and in small groups of transformational business leaders. Various Training tools and curriculums are available for delivery.Personal experience in leading strategic planning, managing and training staff ranging from 3 - 70 employees and volunteers gives further insight to specific needs. Particularly with staff recruitment and development issues in both Western and Asian contexts. 13 years of living and working in East and SE East Asia gives insight to Asian cultural issues. Non-western and marginalized cultural settings are my focus.
