I manage the banking relationship and account structure for the payment rails of our payment automation solution. My risk management responsibilities include treasury, tax, insurance, SOX financial controls, and banking compliance for the company. As part of the broader Corpay division of our parent company, Fleetcor, my role incorporates acquisition integration including enabling cross selling opportunities with other lines of business, incentive compensation, rebate payments, acquisition cost tracking, and payroll integration.My role serves as a member of the Management Oversight Team for Nvoicepay that acts as a proxy board for administrative and corporate governance issues.
