Led the integration of avVenta Worldwide into Accenture Interactive including contracts, processes and people while continuing to grow the core business and add capabilities.

Managed all aspects of this digital production and creative services company including marketing, sales, finance, and operations for both North America and Costa Rica with over 600 employees. Joined the company when it was less than $15M in revenue and 200 employees with one large agency client providing 80% of the revenue. Restructured the team and core strategy to grow revenue and profits 25-40% a year while implementing a direct production model that captured business from over 28 Fortune 500 brands. The company was acquired by Accenture in Oct. 2012 with over 600 employees and $35M.

Managed the Cards 90+ online team responsible for developing and delivering functionality across all digital channels including an online servicing strategy that increased usage of lower cost channel and delivered over $50M in expense save.

Oversaw 3000+ employees and a $500M budget to manage the technology for CitiBank, CitiFinancial and Primerica business units. Restructured the workforce and consolidated locations from seven to two while moving a significant portion of the development work to lower cost technology partners in India. Initiated several key strategic projects that provided the business with more efficient systems and processes for ATMs, consumer loan application approvals, and launched the first mobile banking application.

Privately held $25M engineering and manufacturing firm of laser-based products for military and commercial applications. In August 2002 took over as Chairman and CEO and led the restructure of product, product roadmap and production while securing the largest single contract with the U.S. Army. Sold company to OSI Systems Inc. in late 2003.

Secured over $30M in new business over two years including the award of the FAT-59 Air Navigation System Technology Upgrade project for the Government of the Republic of Indonesia valued at $17.7M.
