We maintained a family style culture focused on personal growth, continuous improvement, and goal alignment throughout the organization.As the owner/contractor, we focused on value creation and efficiency from land acquisition through building occupancy and beyond. Projects range from minor renovations, major remodels during business operation, new locations, conversions, and infrastructure work (corporate office, warehousing, distribution, food manufacturing, cold storage, etc.). We built and maintained relationships with trade partners in eight states in the Midwest.Notable achievements on the Hy-Vee Construction side were field production reliability improvements of 31%, data duplication decrease of 62%, and office workflow efficiency improvement of 27%.Notable achievements for A+ were a 40% reduction in inventory, a restructure of technicians to reduce trips by 25%, and the creation of an NCCER recognized apprenticeship program (Evolve U).
