Provide leadership for global supply chain functions for all Composites businesses operating in the Americas. This consists of 4 business units, 15 plants and 4 Distribution Centers in Canada, Mexico, Brazil and the United States. Functions reporting into my Supply Chain organization consist of Customer Service, Scheduling, Procurement, Warehousing, Transportation, Claims, Forecasting, Regional Planning and the S&OP process. We were the first in the company to develop a Customer Portal that is now the standard for all businesses. We were the first to utilize SAP as an integrated Customer Claims system and again this became the standard in North America. We are the only corporate organization that has been successful utilizing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) as our management methodology supporting our strategy to eliminate waste in our processes, digitizing our supply chain and providing value added services to our customers.

Provided the leadership in developing and deploying new Supply Chain processes and systems as we upgraded our SAP environment with the additional purpose to improve how we supported and interacted with our customers. The new systems included SAP's ECC 6.0. SCM, CRM, TM and Aspen Technologies Detailed Scheduling. The scope of the project included all businesses with Owens Corning (41 manufacturing plants and 5 Distribution Centers)

Provided the Logistics and Supply Chain strategy supporting all businesses within the $2B Insulation Systems business. Primary areas of responsibility included Forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning, Network Planning, Scheduling and Procurement.I managed the Supply Chain through the housing crisis. I led the organization through a complete product transformation process without any customer failures, where we converted every product to be manufactured into a formaldehyde free product.I led the decision process to idle or transform multiple manufacturing lines and some locations with the capability to restart as future demand necessitated. I developed multiple supply agreements to enable improved service and flexibility within the network.

Led Sales & Operations Planning process and the Network planning for our $1.2B Light Density Insulation business that consisted of 16 plants in North America. During this timeframe we moved from a relatively balanced supply and demand environment to one that demand significantly outstripped manufacturing capacity for multiple years. I led a SKU rationalization effort and implemented service guidelines that followed our business strategies.I developed and implemented a process to efficiently allocate production on a weekly basis that aligned with business strategy and customer commitments. This significantly improved customer satisfaction and eliminated waste throughout the manufacturing and supply chain processes. We implemented a Supply Planning Optimizer to improve network optimization of our manufacturing and distribution network.
