Create long term value for Lycoming through customers, markets, and relationships by interacting with customers. Lead efforts to expand market position by locating and developing, existing and new Lycoming customers. Facilitate new product offerings and distribution channels that align with changing market conditions. Assist in prioritization product and market growth initiatives. Assist in program prioritization and market growth initiatives within Lycoming. Work closely with departmental functional leads and executives to reduce obstacles to ensure outstanding customer service and support is provided to representatives at all levels within various functions of customer’s organization executive management, procurement, schedulers, technical support and finance. Develops negotiation strategies and positions by studying and integrating new customer requirements with Lycoming strategies and operation strengths.

Direct and manage the experimental line for Lycoming Engines custom engine shop.

Identify and capture sources of new business for the service center.
