The company was established in 1986, and has been serving physician practices in the area for the past 30 years. Our practice began with four initial clients, three of them remain today with a 30 year association. We are locally owned and operated, and pride ourselves in giving personalized service to each client we serve. We have handled billing in the following areas: psychiatry, psychology, pulmonology, surgery, dermatology, plastic surgery, internal medicine, hospice, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and rheumatology.To support individual practices we have worked with several computer systems, including one initially created by our company. We have the ability to utilize and operate any billing software, based on the needs of our client. Our rates are competitive, based on the size of the practice and the level of services needed. For some clients we do pre-authorization and benefit verification, contracts and credentialing, PPO fee negotiations, and other practice related services.In the thirty years we have been in practice, we have found that what sets our company apart is the ability to problem solve unpaid accounts. The input of charge data and payment posting is the basic work of any billing company. The critical activity of any billing service is the follow-up on unpaid or underpaid claims, which is time consuming and requires experience and follow through. We pride ourselves on this ability, and have been involved in complex situations in our 30 year history.
