Over the course of my software engineering career I have worked in a variety of technical disciplines; Missile Defense system, Satellite image processing, Meteorological Scientific programming, Semiconductor Manufacturing, Synthetic Aperture Radar image processing, Modeling and Simulation, Electronic Payment Processing. Math and statistics were required tools in all of these domains.I have many years of demonstrable Software Engineering experience which is inclusive of OOD application development with C/C++/Visual C++/C#/Visual Basic/VBA and shell scripting(C, Korn, Borne, Bash shells, Perl, and Python). Included in this is several years of relational database design and development using mySQL, Access, SQL Server, and Oracle RDBM systems. I have worked in both Windows and Linux environments. My education background includes a B.A. in Computer Science, along with a M.S. and Ph.D. in Atmospheric Science.
