Managed the Project Management team within a company that designed, manufactured and installed turn-key material handling systems. Responsible for Hiring, Developing and Managing Project Managers and Site Supervisors. Outsourced equipment manufacturing and labour resources in order to meet the demands of the various projects valued up to 4 million dollars.

Oversaw all aspects of projects including – financial management, layout design, project scheduling, internal team meetings, cost control, site installation and customer training requirements. As Project Manager I was also deeply involved in the commissioning of all projects under my attention.

Responsible for all departmental deliverables to Project Management, Purchasing and Production group. This included managing the Design Team; designing specialized material handling detail drawings and system layouts to meet customer requirements.

Oversaw all aspects of projects including – financial management, layout design, project scheduling, internal team meetings, cost control, site installation and customer training requirements.

Supervised the day to day activities on the customer’s site during the installation and commissioning of material handling systems. Worked closely with the mechanical and electrical contractors to ensure that a safe workplace was maintained, quality policies were followed and schedules were adhered to. Additional qualifications Former qualifications include: first aid training, fall arrest training, WHIMIS training and Forklift Operator Trainer training.
