As Senior Commissioning Authority, I plan all phases of facility envelop and MEP commissioning, develop project scope, project specific MEP and Envelope specifications, budget estimates, project reports, municipality IECC compliance reports, train and supervise field commissioning technicians, and consult with other project professionals to provide guidance for testing requirements, installation issues, and identification/resolution of envelope/MEP failures in new and existing installations.I currently hold the following building commissioning certifications through the University of Wisconsin-Madison College of Engineering: QCxP, BECxP, and CxA+BE. I provide commissioning services for building envelopes that comply with the most current IECC 2015 standards and City of Houston envelope commissioning requirements including drawing reviews, envelope assembly compliance evaluations through component compliance, R-Value, or U-Factor methodologies. Additionally, I provide commissioning services for all traditional MEP systems as well as commissioning of non-traditional systems such as high pressure air, cryogenic systems, overhead crane systems, etc. I am also a member of ASTM Committee E06.55: Performance of Building Enclosures w/ voting privileges. In this role, I am responsible for review of all proposed new ASTM standards and revisions of current standards affecting testing procedures for building enclosure components and assemblies industry wide. After review, committee members with voting privileges, then vote to include proposed revisions or new standards in the next issue of ASTM Standards.

The Sanctuary Retreat and Blueberry Farm is a working farm that grows Blueberries as it's primary crop. This farm utilizes completely organic practices for fertilization, pest control, and weed control. Using drip irrigation technology, the farm utilizes up to 75% less water for irrigation of the crop fields.Delivery of fertilizer is accomplished through the use of liquid compost tea produced on site and injected directly into the irrigation system to regulate the use of fertilizer precisely. This facility also offers a bed and breakfast style Christian retreat with accommodations to sleep families up to six in individual cabin style homes with complete amenities. The Sanctuary Retreat also offers a small conference center which seats up to 60 people for group gatherings or instructional meetings. A natural "Rock" style swimming pool, authentic western style cabin located near the bar-b-que smoke pit for is equipped for group gatherings to eat, a large fire pit is provided with outdoor seating, a small 2 acre lake with gazebo is located on the property as well as several nature trails for people to walk and explore for some quality quiet time.
