As the Director of Cellar & Packaging at Brouwerij West, I oversee the production and quality of our craft beers, from fermentation to bottling and canning. I have a Bachelors Degree in Communication from San Diego State University and over 8 years of experience in the brewing industry. I started my career as a Brewer at The Bruery, where I learned the art and science of brewing and developed skills in yeast management, recipe formulation, and barrel aging. I joined Brouwerij West in 2018 and since then, I have been leading a team of brewers and packagers, ensuring the consistency and excellence of our products, and implementing innovative and sustainable practices. I am passionate about creating unique and flavorful beers that reflect our values and vision, and that delight our customers and community. I am also committed to advancing the craft brewing field, sharing my knowledge and expertise, and collaborating with other brewers and industry partners.
