As the E&M Services Operations Director I have the strategic and tactical responsibility for developing and implementing the E&M strategy and operational goals to exceed customer expectations for service delivery, quality, cost and safety. Provide clear leadership and vision, to inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence and coach them as they develop new skills. Drive Continuous Performance Improvement across all areas of the E&M function to ensure that all activities are delivered on cost and on time to the highest safety and quality standards. . Deliver the E&M long term projections supporting our 5-year strategy whilst adopting a collaborative approach to ensure ONE team working.
