Team lead for a marketing referral platform. Oversaw migration from a legacy Rails app to a mostly serverless stack. Developed a strategy for moving key features to a React frontend backed by AWS serverless technologies without interrupting day-to-day business needs. Key accomplishments:- Architected and led the design of a reporting and analytics system that removed developers from being involved in monotonous day-to-day tasks.- Revamped a campaign system whose needs had dramatically shifted without a full rewrite.- Designed and implemented a fully-automated continuous delivery system.- Implemented a monorepo code structure and a robust build system which dramatically reduced CI wait time and cost.

Built and maintained features for a large-scale e-learning Rails application. Refactored large portions of the application for easier maintenance and better performance.
