While at Cummins, I was Executive Director for Powertrain Integration. In this role, I developed and executed the sales and business development strategy, led global teams, prospected customers, developed a business strategy plan, and integrated new technology into the vehicle: battery, fuel cell, power electronics, hydrogen fuel tanks, etc Previously, I was the General Manager of Cummins’ Doser business, where I led a team of 800 employees to turn the business around by improving profit before interest and tax (PBIT) by $50 million. We developed a top tier product while reducing the cost of the product by 50%, seeing global sales of $700 million. EV Consulting Knowledge:EV Adoption Rates, Regulation (Greenhouse Gas, Nox, PM), Total Cost of Operation (TCO) , Business Development and providing strategic solutions to help OEM/TierI,Fleets in this transition• co-author of a white paper which led to the development of Greenhouse Gas and Fuel Efficiency Regulations.• participated in a project that forecasted EV and Fuel Cell Adoption Rates for all regions of the world.
