 Analyze, prepare, and settle all events at all Olympia Entertainment venues (Joe Louis Arena, Fox Theatre, Comerica Park, City Theater) Prepare and analyze Forecasting, Break even proformas, and budgets for various departments within the organization Responsible for closing all event related accounts for month end process Prepare variance analysis on individual events and on a monthly and quarterly basis Responsible for Deferred Revenue, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable for sporting events, concerts, and Broadway series Reconcile all Deferred Revenue and Prepaid Expenses for all events and post adjusting journal entries Prepare Profit summaries and cash flow analysis for senior level management Provide support for yearend financial audit for Olympia Entertainment along with Detroit Red Wings NHL Audit, City of Detroit Audit, and yearly External Audit Maintain historical financial records & complete special projects as assigned
