I personally have years of experience with HR Technology consulting, but Jeff's knowledge and expertise in the Human Capital Management space far surpasses my own. I cannot say enough about his sound integrity, his ability, and his drive to really help employers through the complex HR Technology space. I would trust him implicitly to work with any of our clients, and know that he would handle any project in a professional, unbiased manner. " and "Jeff was my mentor when I joined ECI. I had zero experience in the HCM world specifically. I was the owner of my own businesses and had managed thousands of employees, but to sell HCM services was new to me.
