As a founding shareholder of Bridgewater Bank and founding director of the board, I have enjoyed being part of a team of local entrepreneurs redefining what it means to work in this industry. As Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Bridgewater, I am charged with overseeing the Bank’s loan portfolio with an emphasis on meeting the financing needs of Twin Cities’ successful real estate investors and savvy entrepreneurs. I oversee and am responsible for all aspects of the Bank’s credit policies and risk management systems. My 35 years of experience in the regulatory and commercial banking industry have provided me with extensive knowledge in strategic planning, policy formation, risk management, assets and liability management, as well as external/internal audit.
