Part of the Learfield IMG College University Partnership Group that manages 200+ university/conference athletic multi media rights partnerships and seeks out other prospective school/conference partners. In addition, UPG assists our other companies (SIDEARM, CLC, Paciolan, ANC, SME etc.) with renewals and business development functions. Individually responsible for 25 schools and the processes associated with partnership extensions and the addition of new partners, including research, the development of financials, presentations and negotiations.

Developed and managed the internal processes for the University Partnership Group which handles all multi-media rights partnership extensions and new business development. Included the development of proposal and financial templates, legal processes, research etc.

Responsible for all facets of large athletic multi-media rights property at Iowa State University with over 150 corporate partners and 30+ radio affiliates. Net sponsorship sales over 8 million dollars including included over $1.4 million dollars in new revenue and a retention rate of over 94%. Property sales increased 23% over a 2 year period. Managed a 5 person sales staff and 9 person Cyclone Radio Staff. Frequent interaction with Senior Associate AD for External Relations, Athletic Marketing, Development, Media Relations, Ticket Office, Game Operations and Trademark/Licensing Office.

Responsible for oversight of large athletic multi-media rights property at the University of Missouri with 150 corporate partners and 50 network radio affiliates. Managed a 5 person sales staff that generated over 7 million dollars annually. Annual property goals included over 1 million dollars in new business and a retention rate of 90%. Managed individual book of business totaling more than 1.5 million dollars. Negotiated multiple third tier television agreements and radio rights agreements in the Kansas City and St. Louis markets. Member of the Missouri Athletic Department Senior Staff that included frequent interaction with athletic department and university administrators.

Managed a 1 million dollar individual book of business. Responsible for an annual sales goal that was generated through partnership renewals, upsells and new business. Handled all partnership fulfillment that included constant interaction with partners each year.

Coordinated all annual giving and major gifts fund-raising efforts for Arkansas State Athletics. Oversaw women's basketball and men's and women's golf programs.
