During my last 2 years I operated in a training and development role where I acquired extensive knowledge in Oracle platforms. Areas of focus included Oracle Transportation Management, Dispatching and Managing Southeastern Regional Fleets, Asset Management, Customer Service Resolution, DOT Regulations, and Safety and Compliance Management.

With a diverse career in the hospitality and restaurant industry, I served in many roles that produced great financial results. Profitability and year-over-year revenue increases we're accomplished through training and development , team building, and creating memorable guest experiences inside a culture of excellence. These roles include : Training Manager and Mentor for On The Border, General Manager for East Side Mario's and Friendly's, Multi-unit Manager for Chick-fil-A, and a Corporate Dining Room Manager at RTM.

While traveling the United States and Canada as an entertainer I provided motivational programs for more than 250 public schools each year. Using a 45-minute musical and comedy based performance, we earned the right to be heard while creating emotional connections within the audience. At the peak of the show, I delivered an impactful and inspiring message in front of over 1.5 million students across 35 States and two countries. While this was the earliest part of my adult career making the least amount of financial return, it was by far the most rewarding part of my life. There is no price tag you can put on helping change and improve a person's direction in life.
