Developed and facilitated an all team Figma transition learning plan with the Amazon Private Brands digital designers. Led the concept, design, and launch of Amazon Private Brands Influencer and Publisher Handbook and provided additional art direction/design support in the scoping, managing, and launching of design campaigns and projects across the business.

Managed 4 Global business units across the Johnson & Johnson Consumer Sector. These include OTC (Over-the-counter), Oral Care, Wound Care, and Feminine Care. Worked closely with cross-functional partners to execute on product core base businesses, incremental and innovation projects in the pipeline. Worked closely with the J&J Design Solutions team to establish business strategy, scope-of-work, timelines and design opportunities. Led creative direction with the internal J&J Design team.
