I am a leadership and high performance coach—who coaches C-level executives of multi-million dollar companies to transform the quality of their companies and their personal lives—to take themselves and their teams to a higher level of achievement. I’m an experienced executive leadership development consultant with decades of experience in building successful company cultures spanning wholesale, retail, real estate, and manufacturing.At the corporate level, I consult as a COS (Chief of Staff) to improve a company's culture and create strategic initiatives that accelerate business growth. Because I know that despite our focus on profits, management, or growth—in the end, it all comes down to the people in your business and the systems they have supporting them.And this, it turns out, can be a tricky thing for businesses to get right.Using proven behavior upgrade techniques, I work toward an environment of collaboration, engagement, and team performance to increase company efficiencies and sales. Using my 40+ years of entrepreneurial expertise, I oversee the strategic planning, systems architecture, and change management needed for optimal sales performance and revenue growth. In my personal life, I’ve been immersed in meditation for the past decade, and I credit my mindfulness practice with helping me live a more meaningful, fulfilling, and successful life. I've taken countless meditation courses, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). At the individual level, I use mindfulness techniques and performance training to help reduce reactionary behaviors, improve self-image, increase the capacity to participate in teams, and heighten the ability to manage stress. I’m married and father to four adult boys. When I’m not working, you’ll find me either taking a business skills class, meditating, or making my famous organic granola.
