This included the upgrade to power outage information delivery system to more accurately report power outages quickly and deliver to field units. Also included implementing a system to track vegetation maintenance schedules, issues and more to ensure limited impact to power lines. Implementation of a new platform to replace a mainframe system which calculated gas area loads. This required working with engineers across the company to create the formulas to calculate gas loads and implementing within the new system along with many other factors and requirements.
