As the Managing Director of Insurance & Risk Management for HBH Holdings, I oversee a range of daily operations for the Corporate Risk Management department as well as Corporate Safety and Health and Cyber Security programs. Throughout my career, I’ve been instrumental in cutting recorded incidents in half, slashing costs and leading continuous process improvements. What inspires me most is aligning risk strategies with the vision and goals of the organization while remaining focused on building a culture dedicated to the highest standards in safety and security. I’ve established a reputation for driving change by managing auditing processes with regulatory bodies such as OSHA, DOT and EPA and negotiating cost savings with complex contracts working closely with key stakeholders. I have a deep understanding of insurance analysis, procurement, general liability, and workers’ compensations claims management and litigation. By remaining dedicated to the people I manage, I’ve developed top-performers in our field.
