A lawyer by training with over 30 years of executive leadership positions spanning military science, international business, aerospace, contracts, and anti-corruption policies. He earned a JD at University of Kentucky and an LLM in International Law at the Judge Advocate General’s School of the U.S. Army located at the University of Virginia Law Campus. He serves as Founder and Member of New Hampshire based Mercury SGS, LLC, which consults the Federal Government contracting community on international operations, marketing, training, and compliance, as well as providing mediation and arbitration services. Prior key positions held include Sector Vice President of Platform Systems Sector (Aviation) for L-3, a group Vice President & Senior Counsel for the L-3 Services Group, and as a Judge Advocate for the U.S. Army that included an appointment as a Special Assistant United States Attorney. His experience includes the aviation, defense and emerging technologies industries.
