Design Build - Ground up construction management and interior design on various home projects and price points.

Jeff was Partner and VP of an Area Development Group for Quizno's in southern California, overseeing the franchise sales and development, site selection, commercial leasing and construction for 125 plus Quizno's restaurants. He was instrumental in the development and building of the brand, increasing awareness in a very large southern California territory. He brought on Epsteen Associates for broker representation long before anyone even knew what Quizno's was about. Epsteen was able to put Quizno's need for space in front of influential landlords, garnering strategic premise locations in prominent lifestyle centers throughout southern California. Through Epsteen, he built alliances with Starbuck's and worked closely to position Quizno's in locations near or next to the coffee giant. This close association created a dynamic synergy, coupled with Quizno's corporate's innovative television advertising, showing the public what Quizno's was all about.

Jeff worked along side his father in the construction business while growing up in a small town building cabins to luxury homes. At the age of 17 being the independent type, he moved to Palm Springs, CA and started his own successful construction company. As his business developed and his reputation grew he was fortunate to work with individuals at the top of their fields, on projects designed by Richard Neutra and Guy Dryer, with interior designers such as Steven Chase and Jeffery Jurasky. The projects were often associated with titans in the business world, located in luxury developments in prestige locations, from The Vintage Club in Indian Wells, Big Horn in Palm Desert, to the covenant in Rancho Santa Fe, CA.
