I am passionate about QA. I really enjoy testing and the challenge of finding new ways to approach a problem. While I do a lot of black box testing, one of the things I enjoy most about QA is working with the engineers as well as PMs in order to build the best possible product. I feel that QA should be more than simply testing a specific feature, it should be a part of a conversation about the experience of using the product. I consistently work with the entire team to get a complete picture of the product or application, and use that information to provide suggestions and feedback in order to not just verify that the software is working, but also that it is intuitive and easy to use.Specialties - Testing, critical thinking, strong communication with engineering and product teams
