Driving the transformation from a paper-based Quality Management System to a digital EQMS while ensuring best GxP practices and FDA guidelines.

I will be managing a portfolio of high value customers to ensure their voices are heard within the walls of ComplianceQuest and to ensure a positive customer experience by having an open line of communication regarding their goals and company roadmap. My role has expanded to onboarding new customers and also new team members as we continue to grow.

My current role is to establish an ecosystem of consultants and contacts to provide more leads to customers that can use our excellent Quality Management solutions. I help coordinate campaigns with Marketing and Partnership Alliances to reach out to these clients.

I provided in person consulting to residents to solve issues regarding their water service. I inspected projects with contractors to ensure their work was compliant with the Village's codes and regulations. Performed lab tests to ensure quality water was being delivered to customers. I was also elected Union Shop Steward to handle contract negotiations and represent employees in discussions with management.

I was in charge of daily operations- answering calls, scheduling jobs, obtaining permits, paying bills, and running payroll. All of this while being a part of the work force actually performing the services we provided. I was integral in nurturing maintenance contracts we had with large companies such as Anheuser-Busch, US Steel, Union Pacific Railroad, and many municipalities in the St. Louis region. I wore many different hats in my time here and really honed my communication skills with customers and clients. And I learned some very valuable lessons in dealing with big businesses while operating a relatively small family owned company.
