Currently, Jeff is president of Steelman’s ACE Hardware Inc. and Steelman 158 Properties LLC. With his wife Dawn, he also owns Steelman Ventures LLC which invests in and manages real estate properties. He is currently serving on the board of directors of the NC Retail Merchants Association. Jeff has a syndication company called Mainstreet Investors LLC a company working with investors to invest in real assets. These projects help the investors reach their investing goals faster. Whether they be income generation , retirement , education , diversification , or any other financial goals. Our purpose is to help investors understand the great investments on Main Street.Jeff is member of the REAL ESTATE GUYS Syndication Mentoring Club. Investing in Apartment projects. Also a member of the Brad Sumrok Apartment Investor Mastery group. The Sumrok group closed 850 million dollars in multi-family properties and raised over 250 million in equity in 2019. Closed on more than 350 multi-family properties since 2013. The group has over 1000 members and growing. He is also a member of the Piedmont Triad Apartment Association..Jeff was the Vice President of Retail Operations for 16 years at G&B Energy. An oil and gasoline distributor in North Carolina that owned, developed, and operated Exxon-Citgo convenience stores, retail food franchises, propane bulk plants, hotels, shopping centers, and other real estate projects. Jeff worked on retail operations , locating property development plan, government interaction, construction, and securing some of those tenants. Jeff was active in the NCACS now called the NCPMA North Carolina Petroleum and Convenience Marketers serving on the board for 8 years and as President during his time at G&B Energy.Jeff also put together a partnership that bought a 4 acre property which developed a self-storage business in Kernersville, NC called Shields Road Self Storage. Along with the engineer,Jeff worked to get the project successfully through the zoning, planning, and town boards. This project was built in 2 phases. In the community Jeff has been active in church as a Trustee , elder , local and NC Jaycees , and Rotary. He works to keep his companies involved locally with different community projects Brenner's Children's Hospital , local fire dept's. , among others.Personal LifeJeff and Dawn Steelman have been married for 27 years. They have two children, Katy and Matt. Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events, hunting, and working his Chesapeake Bay Retriever.
