To that end, I've started and run two venture capital funds that invested in exceptional but underserved startups solving some of the world’s toughest challenges, accumulated 15+ years of private-company Board experience, been recognized as a thought leader in emerging-market venture capital, and advised global companies on strategic transformations via M&A and other investments. And I've served in the military with multiple tours of duty, earning a Bronze Star, Ranger Tab, Airborne Wings, and Combat Infantryman Badge in the process.
