I previously held roles in control engineering, sales, business development, and operations management. My more recent efforts have been to continuously improve operations, grow revenue, and increase profitability. Common Threads is the first venture and show piece of HopeWorks LLC, the social enterprise arm of Building Hope in the City. We're a growing brand of upscale thrift stores, currently in Fairview Park, OH, and Brook Park, OH, employing ~40 staff and keeping ~700,000 pounds of textiles out of landfills every year. My initial work was to create Common Threads from concept to Grand Opening. My continuing role is to develop our incredible staff and oversee brand growth and store performance.

Team lead of 8 week Beta s/w integration, managing project from customer contact to design to installation. Wrote technical proposal content for national and international project bids in oil and gas, power generation, and other process industries. Extensive software testing, user manual writing, and US training class facilitation in PID tuning and model-based control.

Helped to build structure and process into a growing multi-site congregation while managing day to day admin and regulatory functions for a diverse urban church family in the heart of Cleveland's Ohio City, Detroit Shoreway, and Clark-Fulton neighborhoods. I worked closely with pastors, site administrators, governing authorities, ministry teams, and ministry partners in the strategic planning and tactical fulfillment of objectives to further unite diverse people with God and one another. Financial planning and management, creation of new website and communication platforms, development of organizational structure, and facility management were also part of this role.
