Directly supervise and support production personnel through management and development of the first-line supervisory team. Process engineering section: Take care of Cable Assembly Manufacturing and Develop cable assembly advanced process technology; design and maintain tooling and equipment; supervise new product pilot run including creating SOP(Standard Operation Process); test and approve new tooling equipment application; monitor training program(machine and tooling operation) to operators; and support new product development in sample making in order to effectively support production and new business development. Quality section: create a quality control procedure and implement ISO9001& ISO14000 system, Investigate customer complaint, process deviation or quality non-conformance and pro-actively participate in problem resolution Equipment and facility section : Building facility management including production workflow design, equipment installation, and parking, optimize space utilization ,carry out total production maintenance (TPM) for all machine and take daily maintenance and prevented maintenance , make sure machine run stable and smoothly Production section: take care overall production execution team (All Shifts) Manage and control the execution of production orders to ensure good quality and efficiency
