• Assist in creating and implementing policy and procedures for opening staff• Assist in overseeing and supervising team members and operations during daily service to ensure overall guest experience meets and exceeds expectations• Train all employees on steps of service, sequence of service, while also holding them accountable to the set standards• Ensure all departmental and company policies are followed• Create and distribute daily team updates to provide employees with accurate and useful information to help them grow during each shift• Assist the General Manager in any and all tasks needed

• Set Up layout and procedures for a 20,000 sq ft sports bar event destination• Perform all initial and subsequent hiring• Assist the General Manager in the over all operation of the sports bar and restaurant while managing a FOH staff of 80 including Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, Bussers, Runners, and Porters.• Duties include: payroll, scheduling, overall managing of facility on opposite shifts as General Manager.

• Set Up layout and procedures for new para-mutuel wagering facility inside the new Bobby V’s Sports Bar and Restaurant. • Oversee the construction of facility• Perform all initial and subsequent hiring• Run the overall operation of the wagering facility while managing a staff of 15 including Assistant Managers, Mutuels, and Security• Duties include: payroll, scheduling, daily handle tracking, promotional contests, VIP concierge, and all reconciliation of the facility’s money both daily weekly.

• Manage the daily operation of an Off Track Betting facility• Supervise seven separate departments making sure all facility rules and state regulations are followed• Issue and receive large amounts of money from customers and all departments• Reconcile all cash flow for every department• Handle any issues that arise and resolve all customer and employee problems• Prepare all cash and check deposits for daily armored truck pickups• Manage the Day to Day operations of a Restaurant on the second floor of the facility for VIP players
